How I Started:
First Time I'v seen Zakk Wylde's video tour concert (He is Ozzy's guitarist)
He lift weight with his son , Yeah It looks so Cool . And I know after that he train T bar-row. At that Moment i looked at myself ohhh it sucks . At Febuary 2008 My Weight is 116 Kgs , Blood Pressure 180/120 (it's So High) and cholestoral is 330 , my head have a dzzy all the time when i wake up and continue all the day . as a police officer i gotta wear uniform , Yeah I'm so proud to wear uniform but dirty fat annoy me a lot .Everytime i wear uniform i feel like my abs gonna blow up , I hated being like that , and i feel asheme i need to change if i wanna stay longer and then i have a commitment to myself, first i gotta take goodcare of my food , 90 % of thai food is so good and best source of nutrition and another 10 % is not so good but as the past as i choose 10% that contain a lot of fat. anyway after i made my commitment i turn my back to 10% part , i start choose healty thai food such as tom yum fish , boiled fish with thai dips style(contain with chillie Garlic ,Onion and then i was looking for somekind of work out ,yeah i hate jogging it cause my knees pain as i'm overweight , as i told you before i 'v seen zakk's video and he looks tough and cool so i start body buliding .I strat surfing the net to find bodybuilding's knowlage , yeah i meet Bodybuilding.com , and another thai website tuvayanon.net so i start from that.

-I have Centrum Vitamins after Breakfast 1 tablts on Mon,Wed and Friday . Amino Acid 4 tablts Before workout 5 mins and before Bed time 1 tablt on the workout day
