Thanks alot bro for such awesome words! I appreciate the compliments! As far as M-Stack and Pump go...you're still young, and there is no need for supps just yet...give it a couple more years and stick to EATING!!! Whey protein shakes are fine. Just stay consistent in training and eating right, and you will be fine.
