I am just getting started!
Why I Love It:
I used to love working out through gymnastics, but I unfortunately tore every ligament in my left knee Freshman year in college. More unfortunately, I kept re-injuring my knee after that, which eventually resulted in a career ending injury. It was really tough time for me and it still sometimes breaks my heart when I think about it. However, I am tired of dwelling on the past and I'm ready to start getting myself back in shape again!
How I Stay Motivated:
As I stated before, I am just getting started, but I am trying a few different motivational techniques since motivation has seemed to be my problem over the years. I've found a friend to train with at the gym, I started keeping a journal of my daily meals, and I've started buying fitness magazines.
That's OK, i know how things can get busy . You should check Retro fitness at franklin mills , its very nice. I joined there when it opened. I tried Bally's but didn't like the atmosphere.
