When you look good you have no one but yourself to give credit to. At the same point if you get fat you still have no one else to blame.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to place in my first show. And looking at all my old fat pictures really helps too.

Thanks Tuff for the pic rating and comment. I do appreciate it greatly. The funny thing is I was at the end of my bulk cycle and only started the cut beginning of this week. Oh well. Cut is going good but trying to sort what happened this week. Did a moderate reduction in calories, but not sure if I lost anything. Lifts are going good though. Things should clear out and I'll going full-bore beginning of Oct. One shredded Tclipse coming up.

Hey Tuff, I subscribed to your thread and will read it when I get a chance later on. On the Challenge or I think it's up to C6 now, I haven't been apart of it for a while. And thanks for the comments on the pics. I'm up to 210lbs. And good call on the rear delts. They are there, and hopefully will be more visible as I cut down. But will definitely work on them. -T

Thanks for the props. I look forward to seeing some progress pics here at some point to show off what you've been up to. Yeah, I'd say take your time. That way you can really bring the best package possible while minimizing injuries. At least, IMHO. But you need to do what you want to do and don't let anyone hold you back. -T

Hey Tuffdude! Hope all is going well and you continue to reveal your ultimate form. Had a great hike with my bro and sis-in-law to Kings Canyon and to Magic Mountain with a friend. Hey my beastily friend, how have you been? How goes your transformation into your ultimate form for your comp? I myself breached 17in arms finally back in April and hoping to breach 18 end of August or middle of September. And will be shooting for some ultimate goals of 50in chest and 19in guns. Will be however doing a cut/trim for 2-3 months starting in Sept to bring the fat levels down. Hey, its time for me to bring out my beastily form. haha! -T

Hey Mr Huge Real Deal, Hope you continue to being an even beefier of a beast. Things are going well here. Job is fascinating and gym work progresses. I thought you'd like to know. I hit a big milestone today. I did 105lbs for 10 reps on BB Curls. My goal of doing 100lbs for 10 has been on the books since 1998! Feels good. Hopefully this will mean added inches to my guns.
