Hey man,
Well, I'm going to post my new pics tomorrow probably. It won't be anything special, but hopefully I've made some progress. I started this week my heavy duty workouts of 3-5 reps with 5 sets at 3min rest. So love working with the heavy weight. Tried using straps on the latter sets of some exercises, My grip gives out. Won't rely on them, but just ensure my lats or traps get worked. Happy to pump you up anytime big guy. -T
Well Mr. Beastily Tuffman, your new pics look awesome. I know you aren't cutting anymore, but I think you look even more cut than before. It may have to do with you have piled on more massive muscle onto your frame. Everything looks bigger and more powerful. It's hard for me to imagine what even more muscle is going to look on you. Bring on the muscles Mr. Beast! Let's see what you got! -T

Hey Randy, sorry to see that your shoulder is acting up again. Hopefully you can continue to drop BF and train around your shoulder while it heals. -Jeff
