WHY I LOVE IT:

Love it. Lifting is like a drug to me, i need to lift no matter what, even on days i say i wont be lifting, i do. Im almost done with my personal trainer course, almost there.

I have a friend who goes on one of those crash diets whenever he wants to lose weight. He lost 17lbs. on that lemon drink diet. All was good! Everyone complimented him on how good he looked. But within weeks, he gained all the weight back. Then he did it again! Lost weight, and gained it all back. I weighed a sloppy 230lbs. a few years ago. I tried all the recommendations, nothing worked. Finally, I decided to do things my way and not follow those diets I read about in all the books. As I was working out yesterday, someone said that I was all swollen, big. She proceeded to ask if my plans were to get bigger and my answer was yes.  She asked me a few questions which I was able to answer.   There are some areas I need to perfect, like my midsection and chest, but it gives me great joy, a pump up when someone asks me if I plans are to get bigger.  People can be ignorant at times and say, hey, have you gained weight, you're looking kind of fat.  That's ignorance.  People that know you, people that know what you are doing, those are the o...

I went from a fat 225 pounds, to 160 pounds, back to a healthy 221 pounds.  Stay focuse, take your time, don't rush it.  we all have our weakenesses.  Work on that.  It'll pay off in the long run.....until next time.
