Well bro, as I am still learning, it all about diet, diet and diet. I have had to change what I eat and cut back on amount portions, while still enjoying what I eat. Also cardio and ab work is helping. I sprint instead of jogging. It gets the metabolism started early. It still a stuggle but Im getting there. Its alot of mind control and determination.

Thank's for the vote of confidence. I really have been lacking the inspiration lately. I do need to thank you for the weighted dips ideal I got from your progress pictures. They defently work the triceps a lot more using an additional surface to prop your legs up. Anyhow keep up the great job as well, and best of luck.
