hey i got to that one too i'm usually there around 7 am for cardio and lift at night around 7 or 8 thanks do you know of any shows coming up ?

yeah i usually dont rest long between sets i usually train with 1 other person and its back and forth i just started doing a drop set on the last set of each exercise and i think that is going good giving me good results. did you train yesterday?

i trained shoulders and triceps yesterday :) i've been trying to push my intensity more got any good tactics that work for that?

how have you been? my weekend was good did a show made some $$$ trained my butt off this weekend i'm trying to get ready for a little photo shoot i have planned for the end of this month :)

well to be honest with you I wish my plans were hanging out with you :) but realisticly probally hang with my friend i dont think i have any shows this weekend maybe relax a little too :) but hit the gym for sure sat

its been going good doing cardio in the mornings and hitting weight and more cardio in the afternoon. diet has been pretty on point i allow myself 1 cheat meal a week :) and that seems to be working good for me. are you cutting too?
