Well yesterday was shoulders, triceps and traps at the gym and i hit them all pretty hard and then i had practice last night for about 2 hours which was tough because i use my shoulders and triceps alot when breakdancing. as for today it was back day and i did a kinda of easy back work just...

there is an ABA comp in Phoenix on the 30th, and then one in Yuma in the Fall. There are also an OCB comp in Phoenix in the Fall. I think.

I'm at the LA Fitness on First and Wetmore- usually around 6 AM. You look great, and I'm sure you would do well in a comp. You just have to try it as a learning experience the first time. Paul

I do accounting m-f then work at the gym part-time at the front desk. I'm not quite sure what we're training tonight..we just switched up our split. I like surprises anyway. :-)

I couldn't train yesterday, so I'll have to make it up over the weekend. I worked from 8-5 at here then from 6-midnight at the gym last night. I'm looking forward to my workout tonight. Whatcha training today?
