I was 296lbs and in a size 48 going into a 50 pant size. I couldn't even do 5mins on a elliptical trainer on level 1.

Here's were I stand today. 269lbs size 42 pants I can now go 25-30mins on a elliptical on level 7. I love the Sprint 8 programs. I still need to shed about 90-100lbs of body fat and define the muscle under the fat. I work out 5x's a week and losing 20+lbs of fat, and increasingmy endurence is a pretty good start.
