now i jus do a bunch of cardio and work on my abs- doing 200 crunches daily. i also do my curls etc 4 biceps.. i dont want to gain as much muscle as i want to LOSE weight-
this is what i used to do...
monday @ 4:00 pm i begin by obviously stretching really well and start on my arms...monday is arm day. i do in total:
-3 sets of curls at 15 reps and 15 lbs
-1 set of curls at 7 reps and 20 lbs
-i do 3 sets of another machine (im not sure of its name) that kills your biceps 15 reps-85 lbs
-i also do that grabbing thing for forearms 3 sets 15 reps at 40 lbs
-i do curls then with a bar 3 sets 10 reps at 35 lbs
-then i hit cardio i start on the eliptical and do it for 20 minutes. then i run/jog/walk 1.5 mi. on treadmill.
THATS MONDAY
Tuesday is leg day.
-i stretch
-leg press 4 sets 10 reps 200 lbs
-leg press 2 sets 7 reps at 245
-leg press 1 set 3 reps at 285
-calf press 4 sets 10 reps at 235
-a different calf machine 3 sets 12 reps at 45
-butt blaster 4 sets 10 reps 50 lbs
-several different thigh exercises at 80 lbs, 3 sets, 15 reps..
- cardio: 10 eliptical- 1 mi. on treadmill
THATS TUESDAY
Wednesday is my ab, chest and back day.
-stretch
-leg lifts 4 sets 10-15 each
-many ab exercises i do not know the name of..4 to be exact
-bench press warm up with 12 reps of 45
-bench 2 sets 10 reps of 65
-bench 1 set 7 reps of 75
-bench 1 set of 3 reps- 85
-overhead press 3 sets 10 reps 55 lbs
-a couple more i can name
-eliptical 15 min and 1.5 mi on treadmill
( i guess i need to find out the names of the machines im using..i will finish this later) |
