How I Started:
i needed to lose weight. i was a staggering 127 LBS for a 5' 2" petite body frame and although i didnt really look that bad, i couldnt stand seeing those #'s on the scale..so, im at 113 lbs now and shooting for 100-105 perfection. i work out daily.
Why I Love It:
gives me sense of accomplishment and helps my de-fat myself ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
my work-out partener and looking at my stomach...eww.. my dad is a huge motivation. he started REALLY workin out at 12 and now he's 34- best shape ever. hes the most ripped dad i know, not to brag..im proud of him and it inspires me-
BB Accomplishments:
losing 14 pounds and being able to leg press 285, which for a little petite girl like myself is pretty good (at least i think), and following in my dad's awesome footsteps..
i was disgusted with myself and looked worse then everyone else. i knew i HAD to change..127 pounds was when it really hit me. this was serious. i have a rather small frame anyway.
still a bit chubby...long way to go

i didnt care about what i ate for quite a while. that is, until i woke up. this happened when i saw 127.4 on the scale. it was a major punch in the face. i work out often but have to do more cardio..to, of course lose weight.

i am now at 116.5!!! i have been trying so hard and instead of seeing good results im seeing the opposite of what i want happen... y is this?!? it pisses me off that i am doing everythingright (i think) and still doing bad.
now i jus do a bunch of cardio and work on my abs- doing 200 crunches daily. i also do my curls etc 4 biceps.. i dont want to gain as much muscle as i want to LOSE weight-
this is what i used to do...
monday @ 4:00 pm i begin by obviously stretching really well and start on my arms...monday...
Hey Lexi what you achieved is good but why do you want to look better? I think this isnt possible because you look adorable allover your body and you picture really popped out into my view from all the pictures i saw while surfing the bb.com page. You are extremly beautyfull and i think you should have a lot more self confidence and be happy that you are so good looking!(anyway i think its allways good to continue with something you want to achieve)
youre a cute 15yo. and youre wasting it. stop doing everything the wrong way, youre not helping yourself. talkin to these old dudes isnt doin anything for you neither..............and good luck with your goals
i started a new diet and i am officially single!! it feels good. im keeping the weight off ok and plan on losing a few more pounds still. toning my body is my new TOP priority...
