How I Started:
Growing up I was always the small kid. As a freshman in high school I weighed about 110 lbs. I started weightlifting class and really enjoyed it so I joined the schools' weightlifting team. I've been lifting ever since, and really got into it last year when I started going to the gym. I just recently ended my fourth year of weightlifting in the 119 lbs weight class. Now thats its over and I don't have to maintain weight, I want to start gaining mass and hopefully get into bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
It feels great. I look forward to the gym everyday. I could be having the worst possible day, but when I'm at gym none of that matters.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror everyday and seeing results. I also just love working out.
