3 days on, day off, 2 days on, day off
*I do this so that my first day after a rest day always changes. That way different muscle groups are more rested different weeks, plus then the days I go to the gym always varies breaking up the routine.
Muscle Groups on a given day:
Day1: Chest, Biceps, abs
Day2: Back, Triceps, abs
Day3: Legs, Shoulders
Day4: OFF
Day5: Chest, Biceps, abs
Day6: Back, Triceps, abs
Day7: OFF |
