Right now I'm mixing it up every 4 weeks, doing different reps, sets and workouts to keep it interesting!
August 2011 - January 2012
Now I am doing hypertrophy with 8-12 reps and train a different muscle group every day, with Sundays off.
I am doing a Max-OT program that I have changed to fit my goals.
I lift weights 5-6 times a week and do HIIT cardio every day for about 16 minutes.
Every day I train a different muscle group and do 4-6 reps of my highest possible kilogram, just like the Max-OT program is all about.

Supplements are exactly what they are, supplements. I try to only use them for supplementation, not as a replacement of healthy foods.
Optimum Nutrition: CLA, ZMA, Glutamine, 100% Whey protein, OPTI-men
BSN: Syntha-6 protein, N.O Explode, Amino-X
It seems like alot, but It's only so much right now because I'm prepairing for a competition.
