Trim fat and strengthen muscle to increase my energy, feel better and look better with in 1 year. (maybe even compete)
Goal (Long):
I am just ready to make a change. I have realized over several years that talking and complaining about it does not make it better. So instead of watching TV I am going to get up and do something about it. Loose fat but also build long lean muscle mass. I know this is a goal that I will set that I will accomplish. This site looks like a great way to read and VISUALIZE that it is acheivable if you put your mind to it. I belive that I will accomplish this with in 12 months.
