Not only is my back bigger and thicker, I think I've put on some size in my legs and the definition is cool. Imagine what this will be like in November.

Here's to what a mere 3.5 weeks at Gold's Gym can do. Yes fat levels are up, but I think muscle mass is up to.

Really enjoy how much muscle I put on in a mere 3 weeks. Fat levels not great, but the next 3-4 months should significantly change that.

Down about 4lbs compared to previous. Bf is down too a little. But still feel great and enjoying the ride fully!

I've lost an additional 3lbs of weight. Oddly enough, I've never seen my back bigger. Go figure, but I'll take it.
