So-so chest and trap workout today. Right pec not feeling well so will take next week off from chest.

Loss is back on track. Lifts are down a little, but I'm still looking huge. Am being affected by a big issue in my life

No losses in weight this week, so back on track to losing 1lbs/week. Will be starting regular tradiitional cardio. Still looking huge!

Lost 2lbs this week, a little too much but no biggie. Do feel I'm leaning up well. Pecs standing out more and more detail in front delts.

Lost another pound this week. Did make an adjustment to the weight, hard time figuring out whats going on. But using scale at the gym.

Week 2 of Cut starting. Did lose about a pound over last week. Will be switching from 90% ground beef to 93%.

Cut going good, although too soon to see any results yet. Seems to be I'm averaging about 3200 to 3300 calories. Lifts going good!

Cut cycle in effect. First change is going from 2% milk to skim which should mean a 400 drop in calories. 3500 to 3100
