Started back when I was about 16. Got out of it when I went to school. Now I have a co-worker who wants me to go with him.
Why I Love It:
What's not to love? I mean c'mon...check yourself out in the mirror
How I Stay Motivated:
pictures, mags, new workout programs, and checking the numbers, just watch myself workout and see the improvements I'm making.

Summer 2009 I couldn't touch my shoulders. It made me happy.

Hey nice tat .. im about to get one myself. I got the sketch in and will get it done on thursday. Im pretty excited, my first tattoo on my new transformed body .. haha .. this summer is gonna be great, nothing like a 6 pack and a new tattoo (6 pack abs that is .. lol)
One more month .. my weight is leveling at this point but the fat is melting away .. soon, ill be able to see my abs. I guess im workingout hard enough to keep the muscle at the same time loose the fat. I guess that animal cuts is doing its job.
Welcome Scott! Hope u keep pushin' to get to your "ideal" weight. But, be advised, you may look just as good, or better at just 170-smthg. Don't get too caught up in that bottom line registered on the scale. Best Wishes! ~Dawn Melanie
yeah man i have actually been off for the past 2 or 3 weeks becasue i have a hurt shoulder, but my goal is to get 225 10 reps before i move on past that.

Yea .. I use to hit the gym at 430 in the morning and then be back at night for the last bit of cardio .. but after a couple of months doing that .. I just couldnt get up anymore. So once a day at the gym is more than enough for me and the results are better. But yea .. those people who socialize at the gym get on my nerves .. i just ignore them and walk away thinking to myself.. i gotcha!!
