How I Started:
I always liked working out and trying to push myself to get better at whatever the goal or tasks were in front of me. I just fell into some lulls early on.
Why I Love It:
Working out and pushing myself daily really helps me stay clear and focused on the rest of my daily tasks and life in general...great stress releif.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation...very key word. I guess I dont have one key factor but looking in the mirror and seeing changes or not seeing changes can motivate me. Also knowing that a healther lifestyle is a longer life.
BB Accomplishments:
I havent had any to date (5-15-2007), but I am hoping that will change this year as I have become more dedicated as ever.
My current goal to drop 4 percent body fat in 3 months or less.
Goal (Long):
I currently have one major goal for the next three months. That goal consists getting to my goal weight of 235 lbs without sacrificing the majority of my lean muscle. I hope to accomplish this in a 3 month period. The remainder or second half of my goal is to add more muscle mass.
