Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
15 to 6. 15 warm up, and work sets 8-6 reps.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
About 60 seconds. No need to screw around. On leg day, I will sometimes rest up to 2-3 minutes between squats and deadlift sets. On heavy bench days, I will do the same.
