Tue - back
Wed - legs
Thu - shoulder
Fri - arms
Doing abs 3-4 times a week (different part, i.e oblique one day, upper another day, lower another day).
Cardio (10-30 mins) after lifting, and it depends. Morning cardio doesnt work for me.
SO far so good, I am able to lift heavier, and my wrist is fine now.
How's ur training and gains?
Same, always feel like no time for gym, but still manage to lift for about 1 hour.
I think I could lift heavier, dunno why, just feel like the weights I am currently lifting are a bit light.
Yeah, I cut carbs... eating, on average, 100-200g of carbs daily.
I do do abs, 10-15 mins 3-4 times a week after weight training, and after 20-30 mins cardio.

I wanna get rid of stomach fat, that's why I m on a cut. Hv been cutting for like 5 weeks, but not seeing huge result, i.e. weight is still the same.
It must be my diet again. Around 1800-2000 kCals.

I have appendix scar too... and I always thought because of the scar, I couldnt lose stomach fat for abs to show, until I see ur pic!
