Have fun working out.
When it's time for your workout, show up and be present through every exercise and each rep.
I like to limit my workout to one hour per session. Sometimes working out feels so good I go longer but not too much.
When I really don't feel like working out I remind myself that the hour is going to pass whether I'm working out or not.
I've learned that I NEVER regret working out.
I always regret choosing to miss a workout.
Being able to exercise is a gift and a blessing. Go all in and accept it. Revel in it.

Cut up Celery can be used as potato chips for nervous munching! - Who Knew?
...and one of the great things about crunching down on some celery is that your jaw gets tired rather quickly and then you don't want to eat anymore and your jitters go away.
