Overall Goal: Time to bulk! I want to pack on 10 solid lbs. of lean muscle for good by March 2010. Lots of time, wish me luck! This will put me at 180 lbs once I'm all leaned out... and JACKED! (Hopefully)
Started lifting in high school for wrestling. I quit for awhile once I graduated, but as of the past year I've been back in the gym pretty hardcore, and loving it
Why I Love It:
I love feeling like I can physically do anything I want, in and out of the gym; because I'm fit I have no boundaries
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly change my workouts so I'm always looking forward to starting the next one and finding out how well it works.

Goal (Long):
I made my goal of 170 and almost hit 11% body fat, 12% is pretty close considering how I looked with it. Now at 168, I want to jump up 10 lbs by March 2010 to 180!
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 12 lb

Well that's great news :) I have so many friends over seas right now and it's so stressful... especially when you go days with out hearing from them. 6 days.... I have a feeling I am not going to be happy the next 5 of them, I just looked at my diet and training... but it's worth it!
