What is the best type of protein for you?
Whey Protein
Why is this type of protein best?
It seems to work the best for me. My body seems to respond to it better than straight whey only. The taste leaves something to be desired though.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Superpump250. I get good energy, focus, and pumps with this product. And if I have a night workout, I am not left staring at the ceiling at 2 in the morning( I can still go to sleep)

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1-3 minutes. I do heavier training so it takes longer to recover. I am going to start shortening this down to 1-1.5 minutes, as I am going to start trying to shed some serious weight.

Whats up man, how has life in the box been? After my last phase of BNCOC in June, I am going to try to get to Kabul. I found a volunteer deployment there, but I have to get my school done first, I have been waiting for it since last Feb.
