Background

When I Started: Aug 2011
HOW I STARTED:

Have always stayed in reasonable shape, but looked in the mirror this summer and didn't like what I saw. Recently divorced so time to work on me!

WHY I LOVE IT:

After working out I feel great and have a sense of accomplishment.
