This is definitely the worst for me - can't say I even like putting them up but you've got to start somewhere, right?
Feeling much better, can see a little progress on my stomach, a bit more tone perhaps? Have been training like a madwoman!

Goal (Overall):
to get on the phys train, and be the best I can be.
Goal (Long):
I'm trying to be as fit as possible, as I'm currently toying with the idea of being a PTI in the army, or regular personal trainer. I would also love to compete in something - whether it's swimming, a marathon, a triathalon, or bodybuilding. Haven't completely decided yet but still I'm putting in the hours for all of them just for fun.
Currently I'm aiming to:
-Bench around 60kg
-Leg press 60-80kg/ side
-Run 1.5 miles in sub 10 mins
-50+ press ups in 2 mins
-50+ sit ups in 2 mins
And thats it for now!

I do the cardio basically for a stronger heart and endurance. I suggest it for all weightlifters.
