Curiosity - my dad trained hard for years, and I wanted to see what I was missing out on.

This is definitely the worst for me - can't say I even like putting them up but you've got to start somewhere, right?
Feeling much better, can see a little progress on my stomach, a bit more tone perhaps? Have been training like a madwoman!

I'd like to drop fat to around 16% and gain some muscle. I started working towards a competition in December 2009, and am so far seeing some great changes. I want to lead a happy and healthy life, and have loved lifting since I started at 16...now I'm just trying to take it to the next level.

loseing weight is quite the adventure. i dont lose alone though i have a support group that i love. i look foward to going every week. do you write down what you eat?

How are you mixing your training? I'm doing fine...I've kinda hit a wall as far as gaining mass, but Imma keep working at it and eventually I'll break through :)

Training is going well. Just remember that bulking is also know as adding fat. you can be lean and put on Muscle. You have worked to had to have to try to lose fat again!!

Oh cool! Aha yeah sport are great!!! I really want to try kayaking someday.. Surfing is good fun and easy if you have good balance of course :) I also skateboard and snowboard! And like all sport and can play them all at a competitive level my fav ball sports are soccer and basketball for sure :D

Oh yeah rock climbing is great I've only gone once when I was in oregon.. Yeah I've had a pretty busy weekend cuz I went traveling and I got a lot of studies, but I managed to go for run today and maybe I can squeeze a lil workout it laterz ;) Hope ya had a good one! And do you do any sports?

It's all about enjoying and having a passion for it when it becomes a chore your effort could drop that's why its always great to switch up the workouts so it stays interesting everytime I plan on a new cycle of workout i am excited!
