thanks eddie! your progress is amazing keep it up. my training has been going pretty good, but i need to cut down on the partying a little bit. interfering with my meals haha

hey im just trying to eat around 3.5k-4k calories a day. consisting of oatmeal/rice/chicken/beef/fish/walnuts/peanutbutter. when i wake up i eat every 2-3 hrs. train 5 days a week.

hey thanks man! to answer your question i consume around 3.1k calories to maintain and to gain weight around 3.5-4k calories.

hey thanks man. I would say just be dedicated and make sure you get to the gym at least 4 days a week. maybe start off with like a 3 day bodypart split until your endurance starts getting better than maybe 4-5 day body part split. (like work a different body part each day). Make sure your nutrition is good and your eating plenty so you can gain weight. Most people make the mistake of not eating enough.

spring break was nothin special, just chilled. me and karl were thinkin of going to the arnold classic but we got too lazy to drive down to ohio lol.
