How I Started:
Always played sports and was pretty athletic so some of my friends convinced me to start lifting with them. After that I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the results and feeling healthy. Being able to take care of ones body shows alot about who they are.
How I Stay Motivated:
By pushing myself harder every day and trying to break personal plateaus everytime I hit the gym.
Most things in this world come and go. Your self discipline, dedication, and lifestyle stay with you forever.

Working on it man, Playing 5 hours of tennis a day doesn't really help the situation haha. All that I have been able to do is maintain what I had, but I have lost around 5 lbs from water loss, and probably the burning of calories and fat from running so much. Dude I have decided, this year I am gonna go shot for shot with Karl. It's one of the worst decisions I've made in a while, but I have a feeling it will be worth it haha
I'm living at my apartment in Kzoo for the summer.. figured if I'm paying for it then I might as well live here haha. I'm comin home for Karl's birthday, should be a pretty sick party.. hopefully this year he won't pass out so early in the neighbor's yard haha.

yeah I've had this for awhile but I haven't been getting on regularly until just recently. We just had our spring break... the track team went down to florida and we had a couple meets down in SC and GA... lifting is going well. Only in the gym about twice a week now, which is still too much I'm always sore from track. How about you? how was SB?
