How I Started:
well i surpose i got started by people encouraging me to loose weight/ train properly then i figured wat 2 eat later lol.... it would have been easier if i wasnt so stuburn but now im learning..
Why I Love It:
i like working out because of the results and how it makes me feel get and i get to talk 2 the boys... and im only learning the potential of my body now which is stupid because im 21 but what i can i do and im studying personal training and hope to do nutrition and open my own gym which keeps me going.
How I Stay Motivated:
i dunno.... its kinda like when u start u dont see result but u can feel them so that keeps you going and now that i have lost weight i wanna put weight back on lol but good weight which is hard to do because of what i eat.... but now days if i dont go running or riding or weights it feels weird so my body just does it even my head doesnt want to...
BB Accomplishments:
any where i go from is good just as long as its healthy because im 90kgs @ 12% body fat which isnt to bad seeing that 176cm..
i surpose my tri-athlons when i eneter them noffin so great yet lol only amateur
and loosing my 60kgs but i try to forget about my old self.
