To build enough muscle and lose enough fat so I can maintain my weight while being 15% body fat.
To melt enough fat so my abs will show and my waist size will be 27 inches.
To build muscle and inches on my butt and legs so I'll look proportional.
dang girl youre doin the damn thing! way to go!! as for your legs, squat your ass off. or on, rather haha. heavy squats, deadlifts, lunges and leg presses are the best way to build up your quads/hams/glutes!! my legs didnt respond to machine training... i had to start doing real squats and now theyre changing. good luck and you look great! :)

TY for adding me! I will help you any way I can! You need specific info to know what to do...being told eat clean, wt train is good but when I 1st started I had no idea what that was! I needed someone to to actually educate me!
Hey Lady! My biggest advice - "Consistency" in training... and 'Moderation' for foods. If something comes up and U miss a few days, the training ur body will pay off. Long-term LIFESTYLE adjustments. *smile*
Thanks so much...my advice is to definitely add weight training into your workout plan, make your eating habits clean, be consistent and keep a positive outlook. Setting small goals always helps...maybe look for 4-6 wk small goals at a time! Good luck!
