Arm is getting much better, almost back to full size, there is an incredible woman in my life and she is apparently incredibly anabolic

Off day, the brace has been off for a while now left arm shrunk dow to 13" but is already back to 15" using only 10lb dumbell on that side

Did legs today because of my injury it is the only day I can work out full tilt. Today dis leg presses til I puked, NOW thats working out
