Overall Goal: It's hard for a person like me to gain quality weight. Making gains, 5 to 8 pounds of lean muscle, for a short goal would be great, but a difficult task.

I've only blogged my first two weeks of my regimen (it's nearly perfected now)but, if you can give me some tips on how you got your back the way that I want MINE, I can give you some serious tips on legs!!! (Until less than a month ago, I did jack-**** on em and now I'm squatting over 500 lbs with serious definition!).
Nice work though, man!!!
Brian, it may not be easy gaining lean muscle mass, but the lean muscle that you have is fantastic. The addition mass will come, in time.
Great job.
Jim
Great physique, keep working hard, the main thing is that you are healthy and in good shape. Our gains are slow because we have an ectormorph bodytype which burn calories at an enormous rate.An we have more mitochondria cells which burn fat easily and also an abundance of slow twitch fibers that are more stabilzer fibers than prime movers of muscle like fast twitch fibers.
Aloha from the ROCK Brian.
From hard-gainer to hard-gainer sending props your way. Keep up the good work. Do Dearborn proud - My Mom's from there.
Aloha, Allen from the ROCK
