How I Started:
I was going to start In 2006 But I got pregnant. SO I decided after my son I wanted to start competing.When I saw how my body was after the baby, it for sure motivated me to get in shape even quicker.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. I control the way my body looks. I love to feel healthy. And I want to always remain fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures right after I had my son. I never want to let my body stay like that. Also, I've been married for almost 4 years and I want to keep the attraction.
