Reason: I need a fat burner with good health effects. This one fits the bill. All that caffeine in most fat burners is bad for you in ways no one will tell you. But I'm telling you...it's bad bad bad. Recreate does contain some caffeine but not too much so it doesn't wreck me.

Reason: Needed whey protein and grabbed this one. Interested in seeing how the creatine in this will affect me. Creatine has not worked for me in the past. Warning: this product does not taste so good, but it blends easily and the ingredients show good potential.

Reason: I have had a hard time measuring my carbs after a workout and still getting them in within a reasonable period of time. So I really needed a good post workout drink pre-measured. Chose this one.
