No
Why or why not?
I think I stay more determined when I keep my goals between myself and my wife. Seems like when I talk about it I'm not longer doing it from internal drive.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Set some goals. Have some 90-day goals, monthly or even weekly goals. Check progress weekly.
My goal this week is to trim 1" off my waist (it's week one so I can do this).

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love the stair climber. It cuts my thighs so much I need band aids. I make myself run alot because it helps me play basketball and I enjoy running a 5k or two. But, I really don't like it. It's like...more
