Need to loose more weight. Didnt realize how bad it was until I stepped in front of the camera.
Not much change other than the color of my shorts. Still a long way to go as far as body fat loss.

Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Write it down while working out, then enter it in using the workout tracker on Bodybuilding.com. Great way to keep track of your gains.
Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

thank you so much..and yes I am oh its very hard sometimes but on base they watch the children while you work out but sometimes my 4 y/o works out with me she'll get on the treadmil next to me and walk and also do sit ups lol

u know we have alot of paramedics and army medics that finish the program; they always had an advantage over the science majors, just bc u've actually seen the cases and trained in hopitals with emergency situations. I cant wait till i enter hopital training.
