fifteen pounds seeems like a lot in a short time i would just eat clean as possible and get solid gains not try to put a number on it you know

Thank you you know the hardest part is diet which I think I have dialed in. If I keep my cardio tight I'll b ready.

Sorry 4 taking so long 2 get back 2 u but I'm on a low carb diet that with 2 thirty minute cardio sessions 4 times a week + u know were all our own worst critics your abs have that classic look even though they not flexed I think mine look like homemade biscuits

i do one arm cable rows but i feel in my lat and i dont know what back extensions are i will look it up though but thankx for the suggestions

what up i was the same as you had pick up a gut. but when i was 22 23 i walked around cut with out trying now i hold stomach fat for dear life. hell your first progress pic is more cut than i am right now and ive been cutting since aug of last year. stay up
