U are a sweetheart...tks. I am so out of shape right now....I need to lift and tighten my rear and build some legs....any suggestions for glutes, hams and quads...I so appreciate the feedback. Today I am going to do bend knee dead lifts, sumo squats, wide leg press, and lying leg curls, single leg squats, glute machine and walking lunges...is this overkill???
