We live too hectic a lifestyle to rely solely on the food we eat. Add the stress of the daily grind and you realize that eating right isn’t enough. The addition of supplements to augment your diet is a must.
I take a multi-vitamin daily. Because of joint pain I have added a fish oil supplement as well as one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil three times a day.
