How I Started:
Well, I was on a mission to help others, and what better way to do this then help my self first with the living a more fit and healthy life. I made a career decision and work for a company that had the same goals as me. Enter BodyBuilding.com.

I love BodyBuilding.com because I no of nowhere you can get all the information and motivation to meet your fitness and health goals. Amen to that!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look to the members of BodyBuilding.com BodySpace to motivate me and keep me accountable to my goals.

Goal (Long):
Live a longer healthier life so I can retire at 65 and still have a good 20+ years of quality of life with my grandchildren.
Increase Cardio fitness by running a total of 10 miles a week.
Increase Bench press by 75%.
Increase Squat press by 75%.
Reach 20 pullups of own body weight.
Play at a minimum one athletic sport(Hockey, Basketball, Indoor soccer, etc.)
Reaching these goals and maintaining this level of health will ultimately make me feel better overall.
We have begun our Navy Seal 12 week workout plan as our warmup for the weights in the Gym. I hope doing this routine in combination with our weight training in two weeks we will move to combine our weight training routines at the Gym.
