Played college tennis and started working out then, Got in terrible shape the last five years. I have lost 60 lbs the past two years.

Seeing results of hard work!
How I Stay Motivated:
Doing this for yourself and proving that you can do it is the best motivation. I want to be able to keep up with my three kids, ages 17,13, and 8. This sight is great motivation!

I do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach 5 days a week. Jump rope for 20 min or eliptical for 20 min followed by 10 min of jump rope. Some days I lift after cardio or I wait and come back in the evening. Day 1 I do chest, tris, and an ab workout. I do 2 chest exercises and 2 tri exercises...
Wow I saw your before picture back in March of 2008, then you got ripped by September 2008. There has to be a trick to doing that! I see so many guys on here who got ripped within a few months. Any tips?
your Jun 11, 2009 photo looks like you've come to grips with the issue of putting on the posing costume. You look like you're cut and in great shape for a novice or over 40 category win. Go for it and let us know how you do in your first BB competition.
