Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder form over head tricep took some time off it still bothers me a bit form time to time.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Clean due to back strain right in there with deadlift and squats on you back and knees.
