How I Started:
I deployed to kuwait in 08 and started lifting there out of boredom and started seeing gains and it took off from there.
Why I Love It:
Just seeing gains and progress lets me know i am doing something right.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just want to be the biggest guy in the gym. Arnold's encyclopedia of modern body building helps a lot too.

nothing has really seemed like and accomplishment yet.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I do a work out log sometimes I keep track of them in my head till I can log them into the fitness tracker on here.
