How I Started:
I got started by using some old weights found in my basement. I was making the high school to college transition and wanted to add some serious lean muscle in the process.
Why I Love It:
Aside from the fact that it is a great stress reliever, being of sound mind and body is important to me. I enjoy seeing my body develop, but most importantly, the challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation comes from within, but also through reading and music. Being pushed by others who have achieved their goals, especially bodybuilders is extremely helpful. Training others (gf, friends, etc.) also motivates me and adds to my competitive edge.
