hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

Thanks, good luck to you with the Fast also. I've been fasting since about six years of age so I'm used to it. There is a theory that your digestive tract needs "rest" from working throughout the year. So maybe the Baha'i Fast has physical -- as well as spiritual -- benefits. Who knows? You'll easily make it through the Fast brother. A person who bodybuilds has a good chance of enduring compared to a layman I think. ... (B.T.W., we have another Baha'i on BodySpace: Calves11.)

I am doing awesome in the gym! I am seeing significant transformation . noticable chest mass, pecs are filling in , shoulders are getting bigger m, back getting more V shape, legs gets stronger, belly fat going away , getting close to flat stomch and feeling abs underneath .. a few more months ......

good to hear your workouts are kicking you hard..good sign .....I am psyched about my training!my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon .
hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ?
