How I Started:
Got to talking to a neighbor. Tinkered off and on for years. When I did consistantly, the results were encouraging. As a father of 5, work in an office and been a student for the last 4 years (got that degree). I appeared to be wasting away.
Why I Love It:
the greatest high that's all natural.
How I Stay Motivated:
friends to encourage. Mindset change of wanting to be better and knowing I can do it. the picture in my head of what I will look like.

Goal (Long):
I've always been a small individual and have wanted to be bigger. The most I ever weighed was when I was 18 and in the Navy. Went from 127 to 165 in 2 months. I felt the best then. my goal is to add lean muscle.
Well, still no change. Still little, still skinny and still doing the wrong things. Been a little stressed lately. Been affecting me getting going. Going to start from the beginning. Have been eating more, but the stress and activities just burns it all away. Going to adjust for higher intake...
GNC charges way to much bud! You need to try Up Your Mass Protein/weight gainer if you want to gain. I take Animal Vits.... good stuff! Should take at least 1 gram per pound of body weight for your protien intake. You should take 135 grams of protien at the very least to grow. Whats your workout routine look like?
