So it's wednesday and I have got to work on my 52 hour work week I cant stand it. I've been doing so much cleaning and such around the house I havnt made the time for my body I'm embarassed in my actions but I am sticking pretty tight onto my diet and what I"m eatting.
my old college coach once asked me after just getting finished running his gauntlet of 100 yard sprints and endless stadium stairs " Why are you breathing so hard, your done son!" the point is you're only as tired as you think, once it's done it's done, but you have to learn to push through. you're brian fools you into thinking you're tired and about to die, don't don't be fooled, you have a endless supply of power and energy my friend, keep it up
