I started lifting on my 11th birthday because my dad was always into lifting, and I wanted to be bigger and stronger for baseball.
Why I Love It:
I love what I do for a living and I need to be in top shape to be successful at my job. My biggest motivation is to stay in shape, because I know how hard it is to get back in shape once you let yourself slip.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I want to be able to keep up with my kids when they are older. My dad always went out and pitched to me when I was in high school and college, and I want to be able to do the same for my son and daughter.
BB Accomplishments:
I received the award for most fit individual at the fire academy, in addition to getting most pushups/min, pullups, and situps/min., all of which I continuously get the best on each year during the PT tests.

It was well below freezing out in my weight room so I should have warmed up more than I did, but it's still the most I've done in awhile.

Looking strong...but the key to getting 3% bodyfat is when no one's home I enjoy separating m&m's into color groups and pretending they're little villages of people with their own economic and social problems, and then I try to fix them through free trade agreements and other diplomatic measures.
