I restarted since I quit my job as a trainer at the gym. When I was working there 12 hours a day, I couldn't keep up with my rest or my nutrition, so I either half assed my workouts or didn't workout at all.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge, both physical and mental, I love the emotional release, and I'm liking how my body is transforming.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music, logging my progress, and sharing my insight with others, as well as learning new things all th etime.

I have an extensive martial arts background, and I want to create the body that a warrior truly has.
Goal (Long):
I come from a martial arts background and with that I want to push my body past any limits that I have. I want to be:
-Bigger and Leaner
-Stronger and more Powerful
-Still able to retain my speed, quickness, and agility
-Far more flexible
She's living proof that nothing beats the fundamentals! No fad diets, no wacked out lifting and cardio programs for her! To top it all off, she's a regular woman with a normal job! WHAT?!
