Chest routine

Super set incline hammer press with wide grip hammer press 2 warm ups sets like 15 reps and 3 heavy 8-6 reps

Dumbell flat press super set with DB pullovers 1 light set 15reps and 3 heavy 8-6reps 

nuetral grip machine press 12-8 reps SS with incline cable flies 3 sets to failure

P90X ab ripper X at home.......
