How I got started Officially well, Ive always been a fat kid growing up like 3rd grade till my jr in HS, I didnt have many friends or girls didnt even look at me! its actually really sad, because i see overwieght kids and i know how kids are at that age getting picked on, but i got into football in eight grade was when i was introduced to weights, I remember benching 95 lbs lol but hey anyways, allthrough out HS I lifted for football, right before JR i went to a speed and strength camp for football intense running, i lost so much weight, Jr in HS people started noticing me got my frst gf and had girls finally noticing me but back to football, ...I soon became one of the strongest players in my football program, I look back I relized hardwork really does pay off if you really want it, then once football was over me and my ex broke up and i started liftin again to make her jealous lol, but not until Jan 09 was when i really wanted to pursue BB so yup thats how i got started!! Jan 09 was when i Started hitting the weights extra hard to release stress, My Big bro past away in December a few days after I visited my family in oklahoma, he OD on Coke and alcohol, Me dealing with his death resulted in goin to the gym its the only way to deal with it, I think its way better then drinking and doing drugs to take the pain away, The Gym is my second home basically, when ever i feel like ****, I goto the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body change and releasing stress ... I also wanna look Good Ive been Fat almost my whole life, I like being Fit, But on the real I love helpin people out, i think its reall cool when peopl ask me for help on certain things towards fitness.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my Body change motivates me, I set Goals And i love Achieving them. also i wanna make my parents proud so im gonna pursue a career in BB or in anytype of aspect! I wanna Be in Magazines someday and prove everyone who doubted me wrong.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting a Scholarship for Missouri Valley College For football, Wasnt Much, But hey it was cool
Also The progress I've made makes me happy too.

Left Pec, I tore it By coming down to fast while benching 405
reccover- didnt do chest for 2 months and then started doing cable cross overs and flys and now its healed
Ha i benched 95 lbs at the beginig of my preshman summer and couldnt even do a push up so i feel u on alot of what uve gone through. what position do you play?
well the goal wight is goin good but along with some fat so im just gonna gain as much as possible for like another few weeks and then ill try and burn some fat and get back down to a steady 295 or so. ive learned that i cant have a low calorie diet and high protein and gain weigh i just kinda stay the same so i had to start eatin alot more and not worry about eatin "healthy". and also start drinkin alot of milk again.

Everything has been going pretty good. I am going to be there next semester, and the summer then I'll be transfering to texas state for my major. But other than school everything seems to be going good, the gym I would like to see more fat come off lol but I am doing what I can so I just have to take it when it decides to show lol

wow, that is crazy that happend to you. Its good to hear that everything is healing though. I bet you miss it, I know that sometimes when I don't get to go to the gym I am like ehhhh lol...
sucks bro...but its good to have that time off to heal up and get focused. me...ehh, been in kind of a rut training wise. feel like i'm just going thru the motions right now. thinking i might need to take a week off too.
