I was a Junior in High School and looked in the mirror one day and decided that having a gut was not something I wanted. I have fat family, my father was obese and his whole family is over weight, and I did not want that for myself. So I decided to start working out and eventually became certified as a trainer to help others lose weight, build muscle, and feel better about themselves.
Why I Love It:
The best way to a better mood...great way to take out aggression, and the results look good.
How I Stay Motivated:

You might want to find a "wing man" or "running buddy" with similar goals to help you stay accountable to your own goals.
-Passion and desire to accomplish your goals is all you need to move forward..
Hey thanks for the comment! So you want to build some muscle? Well you're on the right track. Your before and after shots look incredible. Keep up the good work and keep me posted on your progress:)
